I am a New York-based actor with a global perspective, raised in Tokyo and fully bilingual in English and Japanese.
My career highlights include collaborating with visionary filmmakers across notable projects, such as portraying a bilingual yakuza managing international operations in Takeshi Kitano’s film Outrage Coda, as well as principal roles in Martin Scorsese’s 2024 Squarespace Super Bowl ad, Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Flesh Impact, and Spike Lee’s executive-produced Parkside East.
I thrive on bringing complex characters to life, living truthfully under imaginary circumstances while collaborating with visionary directors. My career spans film, theater, TV shows, and web series, ranging from major studio productions to indie projects.
As a kid, I believed laughter could heal, and I still do. This powerful emotional expression shapes my creativity today, so when I write my own films, I always include comedic elements in them.
